The Paw Spa New Brighton

My anxiety ridden, recently blind, 7 pound, three year old Japanese chin feels at home at The Paw Spa. Sure, he still tries to bite your face off when his nails are clipped, but other than that, he’s pretty good, I’m told. I’ve been taking Flash to Melissa for quite awhile now. I had a groomer tell us at Petsmart that he was too aggressive and she wouldn’t take him. I decided that never again would I try to bring him to a place like that. I love that I get to support a small business and Melissa is the absolute best! I know he’s treated well when he’s there and if you go there around a holiday, your dog comes home with the cutest holiday themed bandana or necktie! I love that!

We are so happy we found this place! Worth the extra drive for us! Our dogs are happy to arrive for their day of beauty, and they look so fantastic when done. We have 2 dogs with very different hair types, and we always get the best guidance on what to do grooming-wise for their breed and lifestyle. They are amazingly kind people who love what they do!

Love The Paw Spa! Very friendly and experienced. They do great with our pups' nail trims even though one of ours is a bit of a diva!

I absolutely love the paw spa! But more importantly, my dog loves the paw spa! He is always treated so well and the grooming is top notch! Would highly recommend.

Okay so I have to leave a review and rave about this spot because it has been such a blessing to my dogs and I!!! They are so warm and welcoming here and anytime I have popped in to make an appointment they are always in such a good mood and the dogs there are always so relaxed and happy. My dog was never the most cooperative dog to groom and they gained his trust and he just loves his new groomers here. You can feel that these two genuinely love animals and are kind caring people. I have an eight year old Pekingese dachshund mix, Ralph whom I’ve brought other places and the vibe was off or I was just never satisfied. Here, my dog is happy coming in and leaving. I know he is well taken care of because he seems to really enjoy when we walk in he is just ready and excited to get his groom on
