They handed me back a black lab when I dropped off a chocolate lab. (He was dirty for denser people) great quality of service, incredible pricing, my dog has a crush on his groomer, and they're always flexible! Plus you get cute pictures. Can't say enough positive things!

Took my Mali girl here for her 1st groom. Liz did amazing. Not only did she take her time but she loved on our sweet girl ensuring she was comfortable and confident during her bath and Nail trim.

I am absolutely heartbroken and furious with my experience at Paw Spa Elite. I have a new puppy and I picked this place because they had a lot of great reviews. This is the second visit and they BUTCHERED my baby’s grooming. I explicitly told them to leave her length, and instead, her head was cut super short, uneven, and choppy. They even cut all the hair off her face—completely ignoring my instructions. When I pointed out that this was incorrect, the groomer brushed it off and blamed the girl at check-in, claiming I had asked for a scissor cut on her head and face—which I most certainly did not. To make matters worse, he still charged me $70 for this hack job, even though I was nearly in tears. He then had the audacity to prompt me for a tip. I felt so uncomfortable and put on the spot

The best groomer around. My boys always look and smell amazing after their appointments. The staff is incredible and always does their best to accommodate us even if it’s last minute. Shout out to Elizabeth who usually does my boys. She’s amazing. Oh and the cute photos I get are the best. Thank you guys!

Butchered my Aussie. Legit the worst grooming she’s ever gotten. Thankfully hair grows back, just hoping they didn’t do irreparable damage to her under coat. I swear it looks like a child cut her hair. Photos are just the tip of the iceberg.
