The Paw Pad (Formerly the Dog House) is still just as AWESOME but with a new name! Stella needed a place to get some big dog play and boy does she get it!! She sleep “Like a dog” last night! (Pun intended!!) they bathed her and always have fit us in. I’m so grateful to have a place like this just for her. So if you’re looking for a place, your dog to have fun and to get really good grooming. This is the place for you! Thx so much Paw Place Staff! You all ROCK!!! (Pic below! She was OUT!!!)
Don't really want to give her a 1 star.If you love your pets, avoid this place at all cost!! Some animals can't take kids running around a salon screaming when you have a animal with seizure and ask he be put in a cage with the small dog he lives with, not a bunch of others.I dont like my dogs turned loose in a open salon with all sizes of animals, huge at that, which intimidates him.( this ws my whole reason for asking my dogs to be caged) .My animals have all their shots including kennel cough does all the other you turn them out with? He had a seizure the night we got him home.Mine will never return to you PAW PAD!!
Terrible place. I was lied to about cost. She overcharged me. Then never said thank you or kiss my butt. No personality. I was very disappointed. My dog will never go there again. Lousy service with dog trimming. No wonder she changed the name and came back with a new name. My dog was so scared after leaving there and possibly mistreated My friend had taken her dog and it had 8 cuts on it after trimming. Please don't v take your dog there.
Kayla is amazing with our pup Milo. She treats him like he is hers. She’s flexible to work around my schedule, affordable and I never worry about him when we board with her. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
We boarded our dog over a long weekend. The owner and staff of the Paw Pad went above and beyond to care for our fuzzy family member. Jack is an older dog with separation anxiety. Not everyone loves him the way our family does but they do. They've created a safe and fun space for Jack and the other dogs. We wouldn't take him anywhere else.
