10/10 customer service! Breonna was super sweet and inviting when I called with my questions and concerns. She tooked her time and just say I was all smiles! She did a superb job! I’ll be back☺️
This place is awesome! Friendly staff and great prices. Breonna took care of my 3 year old Boxer, he looks and smells great. She’s the best, I’m definitely returning!
Please do your research. This was not a great experience for my puppy nor myself. My puppy was shaking when I picked him up and is now terrified to be dropped off. I gave one star because Breonna was nice but I'm definitely not happy with the service.
You can tell the passion Breonna has for animals the moment she greeted us! Her customer skills were exceptional! Her response time and communication skills are also very professional! She was very accommodating to our schedule! My dog was impressively calm after his service. You can tell the time and love she puts into grooming! 10/10!
Breonna did an excellent job grooming Bear. He wasn’t stressed afterward like he usually is. We’ll definitely be returning!
