Got a reshedding done for my husky! She was full of hair and when I got her back she was smelling good and hairless! Staff and everyone i talked to was super nice i definitely recommend going. Made sure my dog was loved and taken care. Thank you

Cannot recommend this business enough! We recently moved to Kalamazoo and found The Parchment Poodle through co-workers. My pup has had poor experiences with groomers in the past and has been anxious from our recent move. The groomers that greeted us were kind, patient, and extremely understanding of my pup's needs. She explained everything that they did after his appointment and even gave him a free bandana. This is the happiest I've ever seen him after an appointment, and he was even running around playing with other dogs at the shop. This is also the fastest we've ever had an appointment completed. We will definitely be bringing him back and recommending this business to anyone who asks!
Amazing staff, outstanding service, always friendly. James and his staff are very skilled groomers and take care of all of their clients needs. They always take good care of my pup when I take her for a spa day.
Love Parchment Poodle. Great staff. They take great care of the pups when they are there. Ally worked with our doggos and we couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and professional groomer. We will continue to go to her and Parchment Poodle. 100% would recommend.
