The only place our two dogs feel comfortable in. The love and care that they take into grooming our dogs is great.

Do not recommend this place. 2nd time in a row I’ve been given an excuse and my appointment rescheduled. Since it won’t let me comment back to the owner. It was not an employee who left. Makayla the owner herself rescheduled my appointment two different times on a Saturday. Then expects me to come at a 3rd reschedule date. No thanks. And from what others say this is what the owner constantly does! Cancels and reschedules and blames orhers! Poor business!

I brought my Nyla here this morning and the lady who groomer her did such an amazing job. I almost did not recognize her. Nyla was very comfortable around her and even let her clip her nails. Nyla even made little friends along the way. I will definitely be back!

I took my puppy there and when I picked her up, she was cowering in the metal kennel that she was in due to so many animals in there. There were larger dogs that would not stop barking, which had my puppy whimpering. I held her all the way home to comfort her. It was hours later before she was feeling like her playful self. I won't go back unless I get an appointment for early morning as there were WAY too many animals in there for 2 people to handle.

This place is fantastic! I've noticed that the news is out when it comes to the 'Pooch', and I think they have grown faster than anticipated! Rapid growth can be a double-edged sword and can be really difficult to navigate as a new business. I have faith that this business is doing all they can to address any overwhelm experienced by their staff and customers; and I'll continue to take my babies here! 🐾💕
