The Pampered Pooch Parlour

We have brought our dog to this groomer several times and will continue to go to her while we are in Ridgecrest. The owner/groomer did an outstanding job shampooing, drying, and brushing out our 13 year old shepherd. She was kind and took extra gentle care around his failing hips. Our old boy always seems happy and relaxed when he gets there and when we pick him up.

I really feel great about taking our family pet to the pampered pooch parlor. The workers are the nicest people. Our dog feels comfortable going in to the parlor and they do such a good job.

My dog loves going to get her bath. When I pick her she looks all fluffy and smells really nice. You can tell how much they love dogs

Made a morning appointment which was verified through email. On the day of the appointment, the location was not open and our phone calls were not being accepted. Google says place opens at 7:30 am, their shop says open at 9am. I came both times and called at both times. Will not plan to come back again, very unprofessional.
