Not only does The Pampered Pooch take amazing care of Riley, he genuinely looks forward to going every time! The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly outstanding. Their bathing, grooming, and boarding services are absolutely first-class. We’re especially grateful for their attentiveness—when Riley showed up on Facebook as “found” in someone’s yard, the team immediately recognized him and called us. We couldn’t recommend The Pampered Pooch more highly to anyone looking for exceptional care for their dog.

The girls did a great job with Maxwell’s haircut! He looks so fresh and clean! They also did wonderful with Hope’s nail trim. She has never been to a groomer before and hates having her feet touched. But they were able to cut her nails and she didn’t give them a hard time at all! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Pampered pooch has a new 15-minute don't be late policy if you are and you don't like it because they didn't make anyone aware of it The owner will send you a message something like this. Hey Carri! This is Emaleigh Oglesby, Owner, of The Pampered Pooch messaging you! We apologize if our policy did not my line up with the way you would run operations at my facility! Due to you being late, it also caused to push us behind throughout the whole day as we have more then one dog to service. This is not a scheduling issue, however it becomes one when clients are late. If we take one person late we must take them all. With all of this being said, the disrespect to my employees will not be tolerated just because they were doing their jobs. Pamper Pooch did a fantastic job taking care of our 2 dogs. They visited our home 3 times a day and took wonderful care. Each time we have come home from a trip our dogs are happy and the house is in order. We have used them multiple times and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!!!

Pampered pooch takes excellent care of our family's cats while we are traveling and always jumps in to help when new kittens pop by to say hello. Pretty, Frost & Sheba love you, thank you so much!
