We have been loyal customers of this store for over seven years, nearly eight. Unfortunately, we are beyond frustrated with the repeated food shaming my husband and I experience when purchasing food for our dogs. After trying more than five different brands for our retriever—following proper transition guidelines—he continued to have severe vomiting and diarrhea. One episode was so serious it required an emergency vet visit for IV fluids. Despite this, we were repeatedly told that the store “had better food” than what he can actually tolerate and keep down. Ironically, the food being criticized is one our veterinarian highly recommended after careful evaluation. Love this store! And so does my pup! Pups are welcome and have lots of foods, & toys for the pups ( and kitties too) and great advice, if needed. You can place orders online for pick up or delivery ( if in delivery zone). They also have wonderful groomer(s)!! Check them out!!

We had a fantastic experience! Trish and Avery were absolutely wonderful—so patient and kind with our two dogs. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a team that’s knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely loves what they do!

Huge store, surprisingly large selection of goods, primarily pet-focused, but not limited to pets. Pricing seems in-line with PetSmart (so, both are high imho), but that's the way it goes for pet supplies nowadays. Definitely a more pleasant experience than PetSmart. And surprisingly overstaffed on a slow Sunday (at least 3 employees at front registers). We'll definitely return though.
