very unprofessional. confirmed weeks ahead of time for dog boarding, then when i was confirming prices, he raised it by $100 and when i asked him to explain the pricing, he said that he refuses to take my dog. he made up an excuse saying that he’s not allowed to take a dog that’s not mine (my mom’s dog) and still refused to take my dog even when i suggested to have my mom go with me. i had to scramble last minute to find other dog boarding places.
