I have really enjoyed the service that Lilly Pad has given. Getting your pet groomed is expensive, regardless of who you go to. But when you find a place that treats your pet, and you as if you are the most important thing to them, you don't even think about price as much. The two sisters are awesome, and I recommend Lilly Pad to anyone who wants to receive service above what they pay for.

I’ve lived in Enid for a little a year and half and I wish I would’ve found Lilly’s Pad sooner! I’ve taken my fur babies to other places and was not happy with the services. Needless to say, we’ve switched groomers for every cut but I finally found a place that I’ll continue services with. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and communicative. The environment wasn’t overwhelming which overall made for a great experience. I got exactly what I asked for which doesn’t happen often (or a year and half to be exact).

I have been bringing my Shih Tzu to Lilly Pad for about a year now. Because he was recently adopted prior to our first visit, it was important to me that he be in a comfortable setting. The fact that he could play with other dogs while he waited his turn was the biggest reason I took my pup here in the first place. Now, we are returning customers because of the amazing service and that they treat him as if he were their own. I was nervous because he can be loud at times, but they welcome his big personality and remind me how much they love having him. Everyone is very friendly and I feel like a valued customer. This is the first time my pup went to the Lilly Pad! They did exactly what I asked. When I got there Niko was very excited and pulling on the leash so the groomer put him behind the counter and just took his leash off and let him roam to calm down! It was amazing. When I went to picked him up he wasn’t in a cage and he wasn’t scared! He smells very good and looks amazing! Niko is a 10 month old straight haired labradoodle. Before and after pictures below!

My wife brought our dog in for grooming. They assured her He would not be shaved. They totally shaved him without calling or discussing.She was devastated. I would understand had They called to discuss or said they couldn't groom him. They even shaved his beautiful eye brows. To top it off-for shaving him they charged extra.
