The Kind Groomer

Renee and The Kind Groomer deserve way more than 5 stars! I have three rescue dogs and she was so patient and gentle with them. They all have some hip dysplasia and knee issues and they were healthy and happy after being groomed. Minnow is a show-quality Pekingese and her coat is extensive. Renee did a fantastic job making her look even more gorgeous than usual. Whisper is a Shih Tzu with odd fur. It clumps and tangles easily. She look absolutely incredible after this groom! Taffeta is a bichon who we have only had for about a month. Renee was so gentle with her that Taffeta wasn't even stressed when she returned home. But the proof is in the compliments. People can not stop raving about how the girls look. They are getting so many comments about how lovely they look. Also, no kennels

Very disappointed with the grooming of my 2 mini schnauzers. She cut off the beard of one of them, said it had a couple of snarles, absolutely unacceptable. If she would have called me prior I would have come and got the dog and brought it to another groomer. I've been having these dogs groomed for over 11 years every 5-6 weeks and this was my worst experience. Her response is a total lie, my dog's beard was not total matted, it never gets matted. I don't think this lady has a dog brush? Both dogs had horrible chopped up cuts, nothing close to a schnauzer cut. This is the first time I ever gave a groomer a negative review, I just don't want someone else to experience something like this.

What a fantastic experience! She did such a great job with both my pups! I couldn't have asked for better! We will definitely be returning for future services!
