I entrusted my two beloved dogs, Linc (a large German Shepherd) and Coco (a little Chihuahua mix), to Jillian during our 10-day family vacation. Linc, who doesn’t quite grasp his own size or the concept of personal space, and Coco, who’s wary of strangers, couldn’t have been in better hands. Jillian’s care was exceptional. She sent regular text updates complete with adorable pictures, putting my mind at ease while I was away. Her patience with both dogs was remarkable, and it’s clear she has a genuine gift for working with animals. There are not enough stars to give for our experience with Jillian. She. Is. Amazing. Absolutely top notch. She’s warm, communicative, and friendly… and that’s before she even met our dog. She picked up our pup for a 2 week board and train and I still am in a little bit of disbelief regarding how much progress he made. He went in a boisterous lovely 4 month old puppy and came out able to control his impulses (within reason!), walk on and off leash and respond to verbal commands. He LOVED Jillian and we could tell she felt the same. It was important to us that she cared for “him” in addition to his training. We feel like we hit the jackpot with Jillian. She is worth every single penny.

I actually met Jillian through my own business... she was looking for some artificial grass. However we got to talking about my pain in the butt dog and she was so nice to chat with me for 15-20mins about different tools I can use to help get my dog's energy down when we have visitors. She was so awesome to chat with. I can tell she has so much experience and knows her dogs very well. I will be using The K9 Approach in the future.
