Friendly staff that are always helpful. I have bought several animals and products from this store with no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend to anyone with niche animal needs.

Don’t know how they have 4 plus stars.. I went in with my 3 year old to get more fish we roamed around for a few minutes without seeing anyone at all noticed a couple ladies work in a part customers couldn’t enter thought they would surely come help after seeing us NOPE not at all started to leave saw one of the ladies coming through the front door spoke told her what I was looking for she said ok so I went back to the fresh water room thinking she would come to get the fish NOPE!!!! She started cleaning the glass door I’m currently looking for another fish store for my son to visit and pick out fish ..

I had a wonderful experience at Jungle Exotic Pets thanks to Jessica. Her knowledge and passion for animals were evident from the moment I walked in. They patiently guided me through the process of choosing the perfect pet, answering all my questions with expertise and care. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they made sure I had everything I needed to provide a loving home for my new companion. Honestly been here multiple times, they house dozens of baby crested geckos in one tank, they fight each other which causes them to lose their tails and crested geckos do not grow their tails back. The bearded dragons have what looks like MBD, honestly all the animals are mistreated here and this place needs to be shut down. Their crickets are severely overpriced and they won’t give you the amount you asked for to begin with and will house all sizes in one container for you to separate. Give up jungle, do the right thing and shut down.

The animals are abused and neglected, the smell of death and filth knocks you off your feet as soon as you enter the building… dead fish and malnourished animals in several tanks, PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CRUELTY
