The Island Gypsy receives 5 stars for her services. We have a senior puppy who is not very welcoming to strangers and a senior cat that is quite shy. Upon the first introduction Christine was able to calm the not so friendly gal down and make a connection with her. Impressive to say the least. And the first time we used her services she sent a video of her petting the shy cat – wow! We were impressed! Their schedules and needs have always been handled reliably and punctually, and communication has always been prompt. Recently we had to cancel a 10-day trip due to a family emergency. Christine was clear about the cancellation policy which we were able to adhere to, and she quickly refunded our money. Christina has been wonderful to work with so far! She’s very easy going, accommodating, respectful and so sweet to our kitty, Oliver. She gave us great peace of mind when we went on vacation but couldn’t take our cat with us. She went above and beyond, even staying at our home a bit later to bring in a flower delivery that I was not home to receive, and I really appreciated that. We are excited to hire Christina again to watch our pets! 🐾😊

We had a wonderful experience with Christina! She responded quickly to our last minute request. She was incredibly patient and took the time to help Remi feel comfortable and relaxed, which means so much to us. She kept us updated after every visit with photos and notes, so we always knew how Remi was doing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she watches. We highly recommend her and would definitely book again!

Sharing my experience so others are aware. Christina watched my dog and cat for 6 days while I was away. I paid her $732. Originally I was going to have her watch 2 dogs but the other persons dog she was going to watch did not end up coming on the trip. Instead of having her send me back money I told her I would bring my cat as well and the difference she could keep as a tip since cats are cheaper than dogs. I left them in my parents vacation home and the mess that I came home to I feel as if others should know before booking with Christina. She came 3 times a day. Shortly into the trip my dog had an accident and she texted me about it and said that it was cleaned up. Chris has watched our kitties multiple times now and has been great. Always on time, gives them good care, very responsive if we had questions. We will absolutely be using this service again
