I am genuinely upset after reading the previous review and feel compelled to speak up. I have been a loyal customer of this dog grooming business for a long time, and the accusations being made are absolutely shocking and heartbreaking. This is a place I trust completely with my dog, and I would never continue bringing my pet somewhere that felt unsafe or unprofessional. Lisa is kind, patient, and truly passionate about what she does. The shop is always clean, calm, and welcoming, and my dog is excited to go every single visit. I have never seen anything even remotely resembling the claims being made. Horrible service tonight. My dogs were there from 11am - 6pm. I have two small dogs, they are not bad dogs. She calls me at 6 PM and says she couldn’t finish them. She’s too overwhelmed with the amount of animals she has… I got one of my Yorkies back with only half her body shaved. The other one only had her body done, and the head and tail were still incomplete. I’m not happy at all with my service. I thought I would give her one more chance and I will never take them back.

This place is amazing!! I’ve used several groomers in the area and Lisa by a THOUSAND MILES takes the cake. No other groomers are willing to do what it takes to keep small dogs healthy (anal glands need to be addressed) and Lisa’s love for animals is very apparent. She does full service grooming and personally I think she should charge way more than she does because she is well well worth it!! Thank you Lisa!

I’m very concerned about what I’ve observed at this business. There appears to be ongoing suspicious activity that strongly shows drug use and possibly drug dealing taking place on or around the property even inside the grooming building. It creates an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for customers and the community. I hope management and local authorities investigate and take action to address this issue.

My dog has never been to the groomers before and has hip issues. I took him in for a bath and Lisa knew exactly what to do to help him stand for his bath. He LOVED it. He is so clean and smells good. I will be taking him back regularly for his bath.
