Walked in for a nail trim for my two dogs. Their power was going in and out (as was mine, as I live in the same neighborhood and the wind was crazy) and they were kind enough to still be willing to clip their nails for me! They were very kind and patient with my dogs. Can’t beat the price for a nail trim either. Will definitely be back.
Today was our first experience here and my dog just had back to back ACL surgeries this winter so I was admittedly nervous about getting him groomed - he handled my dog so well and the environment was calming! Very satisfied with our experience!
I have been with the Grooming Lodge for many years. When they moved from South Elgin to their new location, I decided to drive a little farther because thier service and dedication to my dog, Ollie, was incredible. Simply, I could not find a more caring dog groomer if I tried!
I’ve been bring Tiva here for years to get pretty lol Her nails trimmed and they are amazing, she feels very comfortable here
Wonderful experience with my 10 month old puppies Rambo and Einstein. They got nail trims .I could see them the whole time. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and professional.We recommend them . Glad we found a place close to home.
