My girl looks amazing!! Pricing is very fair and afforable. Lacy was very friendly and gave an update on how my girl was doing. That little touch stands out and appreciated. Onyx looks so gorgeous!! Come on ya'll!!
This was my toy poodle’s first real groom and I was a little bit nervous for her. Lacey was patient, gave her breaks, and kept me informed through the process. The pup came back looking as cute as possible and smelled like cupcakes! Every aspect of the full groom was done well and the pup was happy and content afterwards. Price was super affordable. Highly recommend!
Mug, my 14-year-old Old English Bulldog, strutted out of The Grooming Cottage looking like a distinguished gentleman ready for a doggy magazine cover. Lacey was so gentle and patient with his senior quirks, letting him take his time and making him feel like the VIP he clearly believes he is. He came home soft, clean, and smelling fantastic—10/10 would book Mug’s “spa day” again!
For the last 10 years my Bichon has been terrified of having her hair cut. Lacy is the first and only groomer to have successfully managed to complete the process and Bella seemed calm and happy when I picked her up. Very pleased
