The Groomers

Heather is an amazing groomer! She truly cares about creating a calm, relaxing environment for the dogs in her care. Her attention to detail is fantastic, and my dog always comes home looking and smelling wonderful. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, and it shows every time. Highly recommend!

Changed ownership, very hard to get ahold of now. Groom was okay but the groomer didn’t speak English so I couldn’t tell her what I wanted, I had to speak to the receptionist who seemed very confused.

Jordan, what can I say! Lacks communication, if you are running a business I would advise you to communicate more with your clients!!! Very unprofessional!! Also, I never felt too comfortable bringing my pup into that place!! My pup was always nervous, but now that I bring my pup to a different groomer seems to be doing better. I guess everything happens for a reason 🤷‍♂️.. I would definitely NOT recommend her!!!!

My previous groomer of 11 years relocated to another state so I was desperate to find a new grooming salon. My dogs are older now and I was nervous that they might not adjust to someone new. 'Jordan' at The Groomers in Groveland, MA. was recommended to me and I am so glad she was!!! Jordan was very kind, calming and accommodating with me and my babies. The dogs are SO professionally and beautifully groomed. I wish I could give Jordan higher than 5 Stars.
