The Groom Shop

My dog, Zoe and I are in Salem to visit my parents and extended family. I called Saturday around noon for a nail trim and anal glands, and Dionna said to bring her in. I asked if she would bathe her, and she was kind enough to do it. She was very nice, and she did a great job!! The price was very reasonable! I usually pay that for just a nail trim in North Texas.

Dionna at the Groom Shop is hands down the best groomer around. She takes extra care with each pet and makes sure they are comfortable and not stressed. My little Pomeranian loves to visit her groomer. I definitely recommend her to everyone.

This was my first time bringing my, Jasmine - and I will definitely be going back, loved it!! Dionna took very good care of my girl and did exactly what I asked for, even better! Very happy and satisfied - even Jasmine looked happy! Thank you again, Dionna for a great first time experience! ♥️🐾

Had the best experience today with the Groom Shop! We have a dog that is usually extremely difficult and gets very anxious with grooming. After a family recommendation, we tried the Groom Shop. Our dog absolutely loved Dionna and did so well that she got the BEST groom. Got totally pampered and she looks so beautiful now. Smells so good. Couldn’t recommend enough 🖤 The shop is also so cute inside! Super happy to be new customers.

This woman is phenomenal! She has done a great job with our Mini Golden Doodle every single time. And this last visit, we added another Golden Doodle pup for her to work her magic on. She did wonderfully, as expected.
