The Groom Room

Christine does a fantastic job with our little Gus! He always looks and smells amazing and genuinely enjoys his visits. We just love Christine and the Groom Room!

all I could say is, Andrew the owner is a stand up guy. Andrew called me (from his personal cell might I add) to reassure me that my puppy is in wonderful hands and also expressed the love he has for his dog. My dogs are extremely attached to me and one of my dogs freaks out when going to the groomer. We have been using the groom room for one of my dogs a few years now and just recently started bringing my puppy to them. some way some how, they manage to handle my 70lb 11mo Sheepadoodle puppy who has severe separation anxiety and can not be away from me (and I can’t be away from her 🥸). They groom both of my dogs beautifully and I drive 45min each way every few weeks to get my dogs groomed here. Very educated and professional people with a lot of grooming/veterinary experience. Very safe,

First time for my baby she is 10 months old. They did exactly what I asked and she came back happy and smelling great. They also answered and scheduled us in within a day or two of calling. Put a cute little gem between her eyes and matching bandanna 💕trimmed her but perfect and her grinch feet

Top notch. I don’t know how they did it. Usually my Shi Tzu Bichon comes from our original groomer all frazzled and nervous. The groomers at the Groom Room must have some kind of magic as I never saw my dog so happy when I picked her up. What’s even better when I took her back the next time she saw the place and was even excited to go again.

I chose Groom Room for my dog’s first grooming appointment, and I think I was more nervous about it than my pup! They were very kind, and scheduled us for a slow day so she wouldn’t be waiting or stressed by too much noise. The groom took about 1.5 hours, and they called me when she was about 10 minutes from finished so I could drive over and pick her up. I couldn’t stop laughing about the little jewels they put on her nose. Love it! We’ll be back for sure, thank you!
