Grooming is good. The last time I went i arrived at 9:20am (opens at 9) and the only person there was another customer that told me she had an 8:45am appt. She also said someone else has been there and left. I went and got an oil change and came back. She was walking in when I was approaching. This was almost 10am. Not sure what was up with all that.

I took my aussiedoodle in today to be told she had fleas and got a flea dip but when she was at home I pulled so many fleas off of her it was pitiful. So idk if she dipped her bc she didn't smell any different. Always being rude to me, didn't have change so I had to go down street and get change for a 100 bill to pay for it. Her hair is crooked again this month. I have to straighten it up Everytime she cuts her hair. What kind of business is this anyway. The dogs can't talk we are their voice I have pics to prove everything. I won't go back.

I give her a 10* rating. I walked in right before she was locking up for the day and still offered to trim my dogs nails. She was so Super nice and my dog is definitely skittish and just scared when it comes to getting his nails done. I'll definitely revisit this place in the future! 👍🏻🐕💕🥰

Christine always does a great job with my Shih tzu. We have also boarded my sons Pit when we went on vacation & she sent pics to show us how well he was doing and even gave him a bath before we picked him up. Highly recommend The Groom Room!! Dont have to worry when you take your babies there, they take good care of your pets. My friends always brag what a great job she did and also the price is great!

We call Christine, The Dog Whisperer! I’ve never seen someone who is so good with dogs and they instantly are smitten with her! We have four Shih Tzu’s she grooms for us. We know, beyond a doubt that they are each being pampered. We as dog parents, are smitten with her ourselves!
