The Grinning Dog LLC

I think it’s the most beautiful and unique place for dogs to play and explore, with very experienced and friendly staff. I felt secure dropping my dog off for the first time alone who was clearly eager to socialize and run around the extensive grounds. I was very pleased to receive some great photos and update on how well he was doing during his visit. I brought home a very happy and tuckered out puppy. I highly recommend The Grinning Dog.

The Grinning Dog was wonderful, they took care of my dog Kite after I had surgery. I expected to return in less than two weeks but because of complications it was longer. Alison and Brendan were so supportive, not only caring for my dog, but bathing her, playing her favorite game (fetch), clipping her nails and because I am still unable to drive, bringing Kite back to my home in CT. Because of their care of my dog I was able to focus on my rehabilitation. Kite loved it - I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

Our first visit was very satisfying. Alison was super friendly, gave us a tour, and provide a clear and concise understanding of practices, expectations, and rules. Our puppy got a great introduction to the place too! We are so happy we found TGD!

Our Golden Retriever Gracie has been going to Grinning Dog since February 2022. Alison Smith and her professional staff are the best around. Our puppy’s ability to socialize with other dogs and staff members has made a noticeable difference in her behavior and temperament. Whether it is a daycare day or overnight, we know that our Gracie is in the best of hands. Thank you Alison and your wonderful staff

They take special care of dogs! Our dog loves it. They have plenty of outdoor area and the indoor areas are clean, quiet and bright. The owner and staff are wonderful.
