The Exotic Feed RVA

My partner really wanted to visit this store and I went with him although I’m not a snake person. I was blown away by the amazing service we received. The guy working there showed us every single animal there. He even let my partner and daughter pet some of the snakes. He spoke with us for well over an hour. Like I said, I’m not a snake person but I felt so well informed by the time we left. I could really see how passionate he was about the animals. I have never had such great service in my life.

Im so glad we found this place as feeders are so expensive and hard fo find in RVA. Everyone was so nice and the feeders were high quality! All my snakes snatched them up immediately after hunger strikes! We will definitely be regular customers!

We absolutely love this place. The quality of customer service is just beyond exemplary. They are all very kind and helpful. They also have healthy reptiles. My only regret is not going here first for some feeders. They did not make us feel stupid and instead help us understand things. We highly recommend this place for your reptile and feeders needs. This store is amazing! They have the best feeder rodents in the area (I've checked out many stores) also fish for my FWC Fell in love with their false water cobras. They went through all the care and handling aspects. Gave me a bunch of great advice. Spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and letting be look at the babies! They truly cared if I was able totake care of this baby and felt comfortable with him. This baby is the best and they always ask about him, truly caring people!
