The Enclosure

This is my favorite reptile and bird store. The staff are always delightful and are extremely knowledgeable about all of their animals and how to take care of them. Every single one of their enclosure are spotless and have happy healthy animals inside. So far I've got 3 geckos, a snake, and a love bird from them. All are thriving. I look forward to visiting the store in the future.

Picked up a warning lamp and bulb. Have also bought bird food too. Very helpful staff. May be a little more cost but convenient. The reptiles and animals also seem well taken care of.

Absolutely would not buy any reptiles from this place. They sold us a “red Argentine tegu” … it’s 8+ months old and it’s absolutely not even red. They charged an arm and a leg ($600). Doubt it’s even Argentine given its terrible demeanor. I don’t care what anyone says, any ETHICAL reptile stores have some sort of return policy… not that I’d ever give them back our lizard with how they keep them… Irresponsible and unethical selling practices.

Great staff, like family! Knew exactly what our extended family would thrive and grow with! Beautiful selection for the entire store! Svetlana is happy and super friendly and we can't wait till she gets bigger 😊! Got all the supplies we needed for our baby there!

Got my first bearded dragon today. Did plenty of research over the past month beforehand. Rachel is very knowledgeable as she went over everything I've read and through in some own advice as well. She's very straight forward and blunt, but that's how I would want someone to be when dealing with a live living thing, it's not like she's trying to sell a peice of furniture. I advise anyone to looking for a reptile or bird to stop by. I'm not sure the dogs name that wonders around the store, but be sure to give it a pet as well. The bearded dragon has shown no sign of stress or fear of people, as I have two 4 year old daughters and 4 dogs who roam the living room all day, haven't had a single sign of stress or fear which shocked me.
