Best clinic for bunny rabbit neutering! The staff was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions at intake. I received a text as soon as my bunny was out of surgery with a pick up time. When I arrived Bob was awake, and not in distress. His incision was small and was barely noticeable. What was included in the very low cost was the Pain Medicine with syringe, already marked for dosage level and Critical Care packet with syringe. Clear recovery instructions and I also purchased the microchip. My bunny was already eating and his digestive system was definitely working and continued with success. If you have rabbits in Tri Sate area of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana this neuter and spay clinic is a definite must. The price point is extremely inexpensive with high quality surgery and an abs
Overall this place is decent. I took one point off because their hours are terrible and another point off because they keep your animal for three days for procedures that other vets offer same day or next morning pickup. I think the three days is way too long, it’s unhealthy for the pet and too much liability and space requirement for that little office to store animals that long.
All I can say is absolutely amazing they were so kind and understanding .my cat has very bad anxiety and is scared of his own shadow pretty much and they were able to get him neutered and even sent him home with a new toy .I was so nervous leaving him there alone .they even messaged when his surgery was over which helped calm my nerves .
The most patient and pleasant facility I’ve encountered when it comes to my cat and my questions and concerns. Well priced and all around wonderful care. I have 3 cats and I would trust them any time. I don’t recall the woman’s name at the front desk when we came in but she was so sweet and understanding. I’ve lived all around the US and over the years have paid SO much money for my animals to get brushed off at some clinics (obviously this is not a full serviced vet clinic) but I wish they were. They are truly WONDERFUL.
Extremely well priced! My friend recommended them to me for spay/neuter. It was only $50 to neuter our kitten vs $250 at our vet. They sent me a text to let me know when my kitten was out of surgery and how he did. The workers were all so extremely kind.
