The Doggy Dorm

Tyler and her team are phenomenal at what they do. They took my wild and crazy 10 month old lab with zero boundaries and turned him into a well mannered, calm and confident companion for my entire family. They treated my dog Blue like one of their own and I will be forever grateful for that! Blue took to them just as easily and I know he loved his time training there. I know I also found a place we can board him in the future and feel at ease knowing he is with folks he loves and trusts as much as his own family! What a wonderful program. It has completely changed our dynamic in the very best way. So grateful for these people and the amazing work they do for our fur babies!

Doggy dorm is an exceptional dog training program! Every day I am amazed at how much my dog has transformed! I sent my 1 year old wild golden retriever there for a month of manners, leash walking, and reactivity training and he came back a new dog! Tyler and her team are very responsive, thoughtful, and well educated in what they do! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to train or simply board their dog!

We brought our 4-year old lagotto Yogi here after our daughter was born because he was struggling not being the center of attention anymore. Was pawing at guests and the baby, eating things he shouldn't for attention, yelping, etc. and it was becoming harder to watch him than our newborn for my wife and I. After the 4-week training course with Tyler and the team he is still our same loving dog but calmer and a much better listener! He is great around our 1-year old as well, can't thank Doggy Dorm enough for helping our family and would recommend to anyone!

We have a (sometimes "bratty teenage") Great Pyrenees mix and just had our first consult with Tyler to discuss a number of working dog breed challenges we were trying to learn how to manage better. Tyler came to us to see Sugar in her environment, was a wealth of information, and took her time discussing each issue with us throughly - answering our questions and demonatrating. We covered so much and she is incredibly easy to work with and was more than generous with her time, even offering additional time to answer any questions as we work on our own. It is obvious she is passionate in her work, in tune with how to read animal behavior, and really loves helping owners find the best path for training no matter the curcumstance. She was worth every dime, even though money is tight right now,

I cannot say enough good things about The Doggy Dorm and what it did for my boy, Charlie! Charlie was always an easy going and well tempered dog but didn’t always listen and lacked self-control around balls. After a month of training - he’s a new and improved version of the incredible dog he already was. I highly recommend and so does Charlie. Additionally he went when he was 5-years old …so you can teach middle aged dogs dogs new tricks!
