I have been coming here for years! I have 3 dogs and 3 different breeds and sizes! My pups have been coming here since their first hair cut! Highly recommend! Very great staff and patient with the animals!!
I decided to give Doggie Dorm a try since they offer grooming and I was in the area. I explained exactly what needed to be done, and they told me it would take about an hour for a bath, haircut, and nails. Sounded too good to be true time-wise. $75 plus a $10 tip later. At first glance, you think, “wow, so much less hair,” but once I got him home the issues were clear, scabbing because he was cut, matting still left on his ears, and an uneven haircut all over. For that price, I expected much better. fYI. I grew up in Roseau and take pride in supporting business here, but this is not one of them, flat out horrible. Shame on you! The business responded. Thanks for replying, but you completely skipped over the fact that my dog was cut and bleeding! How do you plan to fix that? You can’t. T
