Kerri was so careful with my newly adopted dog's first visit. Tiny is a challenge because she not just afraid, but is terrified of strangers, including my husband. Kerri did an amazing job with Tiny and I have no doubt that Tiny will become accustomed to her grooming sessions in no time. I would only bring Tiny to The Dog Shed because I KNOW Kerri is very particular about how she handles each and every dog. She strives to make their experience a pleasant one. It makes it easier (and less stressful) for the owner, the groomer, and especially for the dog. Tiny was allowed to sniff around as much as she wanted and get acquainted. She was so comfortable that she allowed Kerri to do more with her than we had anticipated. In fact, after her grooming session, Tiny was brave enough to check out
