The owner n helper r nice respectful n knowledgeable...I took my alaskan malamute with dead hair all over n they did a magnificent job...I honestly didn't know if they would be able to do it..THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB BETTER THAN I EXPECTED HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. MY DOG ALSO LOVED IT N THE PEOPLE
