I cannot find enough words to describe the positive experience we had with Audrey! I had taken my senior dog to a local groomer in another county for years. Each time she was very negative about her anxiety and howling during grooming. Audrey is at the total opposite end of the spectrum! I warned her that she could be difficult due to severe health issues and the fact she is 15 1/2 years old. When I came to pick my sweet girl up, all I got from Audrey were smiles and funny stories about her grooming! No negativity but just pure love and devotion to caring for my senior lady! Audrey and Summer have taken care of all four of my dogs for almost 4 years now. They are so wonderful with all four of them. My dogs love them and are so happy to see them when they get out of the car. Summer’s son Alex is so good with my dog Rex, who is not very fond of people especially men. Rex is always happy to be in Alex’s arms. Audrey is only one that can trim his toenails. The salon is clean and fresh and smiling faces always are inside. I highly recommend anyone taking their dogs here. Whether it’s for a full gram or just a bath. My dogs always smell amazing when I pick them up and I just love the little bowties they put on them.

Audrey and Alex are wonderful to my family's dogs! My senior dog loves coming there, and they were very gentle with my rescue and made sure it was a positive experience. I used to groom, so I'm kind of picky when it comes to my babies- but they do a wonderful job with them. My dogs smell, feel, and look amazing, and I never have to worry how they being treated here. 10/10!

I have been going to Audrey since she was working for the dog grooming mobile business that came to your house to groomers your pets. My dog roxy is a full blood chow and a lot of groomers have turn her away because she is a chow. Audrey didn’t turn her away instead she took the time and patience to get roxy comfortable with her and it didn’t take her long at all to do that. I have been her customer for many years now and she has done a fantastic job at running her own business and taking care of all the clients that comes to The Dog House LLC. She knows what she is doing and I trust her completely with roxy and she always does her best and she never is lazy when it comes to grooming and getting the job done!

Couldn’t recommend this place more!! Audrey and summer are the BEST and truly love what they do., they always do amazing with my nervous dog., I love the environment and energy they have., I’ve taken my pup other places and have had absolutely horrible outcomes., BUT the dog house will do YOU right!!
