We have been going there for years. He does an excellent job at grooming. When we tell the dogs, they are going to the groomer, they get so excited, we can hardly get there leashes on them,
My wife called to schedule an appointment for our dog, when the gentleman answered the phone he began to yell at my wife because she called him before he opened! we will never go back! if you’re not open, don’t answer your phone and at least have your hours of operation on your sign!
I tried to get my new puppy scheduled, and have heard wonderful things about the place, and then I called and the man was very rude over the phone. I’m so sad considering this is the only dog grooming place in Hicksville :(
I have a generally small dog and they only do small dogs. Shes only 30 lbs and thats above a weight limit? Thats crazy ridiculous.
Very good service. Loved how cute my puppy looked after getting groomed!
