My mini Australian shepherd got shaved down so bad I’m afraid his undercoat was messed with. I specifically said I didn’t want it shaved. He needed a good bit off his butt and face but his whole back side is very short. It’s also uneven around his face and neck. He did not receive a bath because he smelled the exact same. The crazy part is he was there from 12-6. Will not be going back. She will charge you for something she did not do. Very unsatisfied and sad about my fur baby being jacked up like this.
No one can perform miracles but I believe she did!!! My dogs were amazingly matted and I had been sick and not responsible for their grooming and she bought them back to life. I even took a stray to her and when she got done he became a house dog!!! Absute perfection!!
She is the Best!!! Best service. She is patient and versatile. Sometimes I bring my dogs in pretty bad conditions and she is honest and consistent!!
New in town and the info is very interesting, do do overnight boarding for my 2 babies, and for haw long if you do
Sonja is great, and you can't beat the prices
