The Cross Clinic

My cat had an appointment like a month prior , I dropped her off yesterday the surgery was supposed to be today so I called them this morning and asked what time I could pick her up today . They then inform me there is emergencies and they will not have time to get to her today. Which is understandable. what’s not understandable is how me AND my father had to reach out to THEM about my cat. they should’ve reached out and let me know because then come to find out they say they can’t do it tomorrow either and the next available appointment isn’t until the 26th! This is pathetic and unprofessional. I drove from clinton to drop her off for NO reason she did not get fixed nor did she get shots. they do not care about your animals like you’d think and they DO NOT COMMUNICATE with owners well.

We had an emergency issue. We took our family member Otis to get his declaws taken care of this morning; it was quick and didn't put us in a financial hole. I was paying someone else to do it, but unfortunately, she wasn't clipping his declaw nails. I should've checked. Lesson Learned. I didn't have to make appointment at all. I showed up without calling a head of time either. The Lady at the front desk took him right away without hesitation.

I do not know what I would do without the cross clinic in my life!! They have helped me and my family with our fur babies for, many years. Suzie and the gang are a god sent. I just know the cross clinic is the best veterinarian in the world 🌎 because it's not about money for, them it's about animals. They are compassionate, empathetic, warm and kind. I thank God for, them everyday. They care about me and my dogs. Thank you The cross clinic for, everything!!

I've been to Cross clinic on several different occasions. They saved my dog from parvo. They've taken care of many cats and other dogs and a ferret that we have. The staff is great . The care is awesome.

I tend to steer away from negative reviews but in this instance I feel it’s justified. After experiencing dissatisfaction with our cat’s current vet I called Cross because they had been wonderful when our German Shepherd needed to be euthanized. Up front I will say that our beloved kitty had cancer which had spread and she was terminal. The vet on staff examined her, did a biopsy and confirmed the diagnosis. At my request they ordered pain meds from an on-line manufacturer. I found out quickly that you have to stay on top of them to ensure the meds were ordered and the meds always took longer than expected to arrive. On September 23rd I took kitty in to have the vet evaluate her condition. He recommended an additional pain medication to be used in concert with her current medication
