I made an appointment for shaving my cat. Staff quoted $300 for sedation and shaving. On the day, one of the staff examined the cat and said that quote was at the high end, it will be much less. Then came this woman who called herself doctor than vet. Examined the cat for 2 min and left. Few minutes later, her assistant came and quoted the price for $855 for the service. When I questioned, she kept going back and forth and said that vet has given many discounts to get low price of $855. Vet never came back to explain. Scammer veterinarian. She tried to make money on us. For 2 min check, she charged us $80. On top of that, her assistant said that technician will charge separately to check the cat hair. Staff is good, polite and honest but veterinarian is greedy and dishonest. Very

I recently adopted a bearded dragon and was having a tough time getting her to eat. My beardie, Blossom, went 5 days without eating and I was very worried. The staff was very kind and able to squeeze her into their schedule the day that I called. My beardie seemed to be taken care of very well in their clinic and the veterinary doctor gave me lots of helpful advice, as well as a packet of information on bearded dragon nutrition. After following the vet's advice, Im happy to say I was able to get Blossom on a regular eating schedule. Thank you Critter Care Center!

Staff was nice and vet was pretty knowledgeable. I just wanted to leave a comment because I had brought my rabbit in to figure out what was making them ill. I got no answer to what was causing the problem. I had paid for multiple medications, visits, and a dental procedure . Two days before my rabbit died I had brought her in, and was suggested another procedure but I had no idea that her illness was going to lead to death as I was under the impression that she seemed healthy, but had lost some weight. I woke up to my rabbit having a seizure and while I tried comforting her she passed away. Honestly, I’m just devastated and confused.

I took my English lop rabbit to be seen. 1 of his ears were crazy swollen with no outside marks indicating what caused it. The vet wanted to start him with antibiotics to try and save his ear. After 3 days he started eating on his own and he's spirits were up but his ear was WAY worse. I figured give it the entire 10 days for his antibiotics to work fully. After the 10th days his ear was hard as a rock and seemed dead. So I took him in again and they had to remove his ear 😔 The surgery site looks very good and I recommend them for rabbits 😊

The doctors are great and the service is affordable. What is disappointing is the front desk staff. I was told 3 different times slots for my appointment to drop off my cat. I was told I can come as soon as 8am. The website and hours of operation all state they open at 8am. I arrived at 8:15 am and no one was there. I waited a few minutes before leaving. It was a waste of my gas and time and I am a little frustrated. The front desk receptionists maybe need a little more training. One of them didn't even know how to load paper into a printer. The service is affordable and the doctors are great, just prepare for a headache with the receptionists.
