A torture chamber for dogs. After mine came back with bloody paws it was hard to get the bleeding stopped. That would be like me cutting there finger tips off and ask them if it hurts. Something seriously wrong with those so called people. After the first 2 times being there, I notice my pup was becoming aggressive. She's fine now, just beware!!!!

I recently bought a cocker spaniel puppy from this groomer. I a $100 deposit down on the puppy when it was 5 weeks old. About 3 weeks ago I sent the remaining balance of $725. 3 days later I got in a car accident and my car got totaled. It was the other person's fault but they did not have insurance and I didn't have uninsured motorist on my liability so I lost my car. I told Melanie that I wasn't going to be able to get the puppy because I wrecked my car and needed to buy another one. I'm on social security so I don't have much money and can't be without a car. That was about 3 weeks ago and she still hasn't refunded my money. She said she will when the puppy is sold but she's still going to charge me for the health certificate and create that she hadn't even gotten yet. At one poi

I took my Yorkie Poo there,, he has NOT been the same since. He’s shaking, yelping out … 😭 I know my puppy and the lady is the most nastiest woman I have came across to be in a professional business.. she even commented nasty about the other groomer in Sturgis. I’m taking my baby to a vet to have him checked, called BBB, and attorney generals office….

Took my mastiff to her and she did a wonderful job! She sold many things you can’t find anywhere else for your pets and the best thing to me was her championship mastiffs were in pictures everywhere for you to see, and when I was there she had a lot of mastiff in the back we were able to see and pet. She treats all pets like they are her own!

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ON THIS PLANET. The animals are not cared about/treated poorly and exclusively used for $$$. Not only that, but she also treats her employees horribly. it doesn’t get worse than this place, save yourself some time and board/get grooming done with someone else.
