The Chinnery

We recently purchased a chinchilla, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! The breeder was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She kept in touch with us weekly, sharing updates and sending pictures of our little one, which made the wait so exciting. We drove over four hours to pick up our chinchilla, and she was incredibly accommodating when we arrived. She even gave us a tour of her chinchilla room, which was spotless and beautifully organized. It was clear how much care and love she puts into raising these animals. To top it off, she sent us home with a thoughtful bag of goodies to make sure we had everything we needed for the first few days. It was such a special touch! We just picked up our little Chinchila . As a veterinarian I can say all of Amy’s animals are healthy and excellent husbandry practice . She is knowledgeable and is willing to answer all questions . The frequent contact , handling , and love they have received in the beginning of their life , definitely fosters great pets for their future forever homes . Great breeder . We had a great experience visiting all the chinchillas at The Chinnery .

Had a lovely visit at The Chinnery in Lakeland. The owner Amy was very knowledgeable and all of the chinchillas were clearly loved and well taken care of. The animals looked very healthy and all habitats were beautifully maintained.
