The Cat Nap Inn

TLDR: Nancy is not very good at communication and it's not a guarantee that she'll follow your feeding directions. You also might not get everything back that you leave with your cats. The place is messy/chaotic and smells VERY strong of litter box. I brought my two cats for a two night stay to see how they would do before I go away for a longer vacation. The whole point of the stay was to make sure my cats wouldn't get too stressed and would still eat, especially since the one is a senior and struggles with maintaining her weight. Nancy put them in a condo right away and told me we would discuss their feedings after they were situated. I scrambled for a place to board my cat when I had to travel on short notice. Came across Nancy's place, called her and felt immediately at ease. She was easy to communicate with and get vet records to, and even figured out a way to rig up my cat's automatic feeder since she eats early and Nancy's day starts later. She sent updates and videos while I was gone taking care of family businesses, which allowed me to focus on what I needed to do rather than how my cat was doing! Nancy is highly experienced and does a great job. It's clear she's dedicated to caring for cats and I recommend her to anyone needing to board their feline friend!
