The Cat Doctor

From the moment I walked in the door there was relaxing and comfortable waiting room atmosphere. No dog noises to upset my cat. I was greeted by two very amazing receptionists, Marylynn and Ashley. Then, I brought my cat into the exam room and it was very clean and calming, and exactly what my cat and I needed after that drive through Atlanta! Both the waiting room and exam room were quiet, clean and welcoming. While I waited for doctor Bradbury to finish her exam of Hemi, I sat in the waiting room, where there were treats (snacks) coffee and soda or water were available if I wanted any. Who else does this? Nobody! Ember was amazing! She was very calming for me and Hemi. Explained the process of the exam. Dr. Bradbury gave me the findings and suggestions how to move forward with his care.

It was our first time here and both of us were kinda nervous, but the staff and place were amazing! My cat was, of course, a little scared but was able to lay down and even almost fall asleep! They took their time and were sure not to make too much noise. In result she was calm and let them do their job which would’ve been a whole thing at her previous vet! 10/10 recommend 😊( plus she loved her toys and treats she got) Will definitely come back!

I’ve brought in my 14 year old orange tabby here 3 times now and they have been amazing every time. Every visit he has gotten a nail trim and for a cat who doesn’t like or let anyone touch his paws they are always so patient, kind and gentle with him and they give him lots of pets, love and compliments as well. The doctor today even sat on the floor with him petting him and talking to him when he crawled back in his carrier during his annual exam. This facility is also very clean. So grateful for the amazing and patient staff here!

I saw Dr. G at The Cat Doctor with my senior cat, Maddie. We were so relieved to have her spend so much time with us to talk about Maddie's health and outlook. I got all my questions answered and left feeling so much better! Additionally, the waiting area is really cozy and cute, it was refreshing not to be bombarded with curious dogs wanting to get all up in Maddie's business, which cute - it always stresses her out so much! Really happy to have found a veterinarian that specializes in cats.

My first visit to The Cat Doctor exceeded my expectations. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making cats feel comfortable. Normally my cat gets very anxious and meows nonstop in his carrier, but he was surprisingly calm during this visit. I brought him in to see a feline specialist after his recent diabetes diagnosis, and I really appreciated that they only recommended necessary testing instead of trying to sell a full package from a checklist. Dr. G was very informative, and I felt confident that there was a solid, well-thought-out plan for my cat’s care, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
