I visited this shop to buy birthday treats and gifts for my dog Maya, who just turned five. The staff member who helped me was very kind and attentive to everything I was looking for. I especially loved that they offer fresh treats with minimal, organic ingredients that really stood out to me. Cakes, ice cream and cool treats! Everything was excellent and thoughtfully curated. Another big plus is their return policy if a product doesn’t sit well with your pet, which shows they truly care. Overall, such a lovely shop. Highly recommended!

Maybe the best pet store I've ever been in, very helpful people dog food from brands I've never seen before and appear to be very healthy brands. Needed the supplement for my dog again but didn't want to drive in to DC since I live in West Virginia so I ordered it and I received it the very next day. Couldn't be happier with this place

We absolutely love this store! We have been customers for years and we trust our dogs health to no other pet store. They have an incredible selection of healthy raw food; dry food; Supplements; plus toys and chew items. We have our food delivered right to our door. I will admit, our dogs eat much healthier than we do, and I have not seen a store like Big Bad Woof that has so many choices when you want the very best for your best friends.

Terry and the team are all wonderful, insightful and love pets. Great place to support and they have fantastic deals and rewards for returning customers. Also have adoption packages for new pet parents!
