The Barkers Hotel & Purrington Inn Pet Resort & Spa

My dog had a great stay at this location. He was well cared for, fed well, and had lots of play time. We found the facility to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. My 75 lb baby enjoyed the 6x6 indoor lodging & we splurged on the late night walk. The play areas are large, clean and well maintained. The staff were all courteous & knowledgeable. I loved the daily photos & we even called and got an update from the caretakers. My dog came home super clean ( we did the check out bath) and very happy. Thank you for taking such good care of him!

We love this place! We are very picky about boarding our dogs and decided to try the daycare out first. We had adopted a white lab puppy, and she needed to get her energy out :-) She loved it! The staff is wonderful and amazing, and the fact that it is part of a veterinary hospital on-site is a plus. We not only use the daycare services but the boarding and our dogs are excited to go!! Also, I love seeing the daily photos of all the dogs; they are living their best lives!

My dog Zeus has been attending VCA barkers Hotel since he was six months old. Zeus goes to daycare three times a week and absolutely loves it! It is comforting to know that I am dropping him off at a place where he is well taken care of. They are very open and communicate everything with me. Every single person that works in the building is absolutely amazing. I would like to highlight the manager Zack, and daycare leaders, Chris and Kenzie (pictured). Thank you for being an important part of Zeus's life.❤️🐾

Great place.. they love my poodle my poodle loves them. He is growing up here. We are thankful. Can’t brag enough on the groomer Tina, her work speaks for itself.

Wendy came home after a stay at Barkers and she’s happy to be home but she’s always happy to go to Barkers. She absolutely loves to go there and all the caretakers are so caring, loving and always act in the best interest of the dogs! I love them one and all! We have been going to Barkers Hotel for the past 20 + years with many of our former dogs and present dog Wendy. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants peace of mind when they decide to take a vacation or a little break from the pets! It makes your break more restful bit to have to worry about your fur baby.
