Best of the Best!! Willow is a bit nervous or shy....the tech and Dr Haller were so patient with her. When I got her it was after the pandemic and Animalife was nit taking new patients. I was so sad because thats where I had taken all my pets (my chihuahuas..scapee and dali and my cat Chewey) I couldnt fathom taking my new girl anywhere else. Luckily when I needed a vet this week I looked them up and they were taking new patients again. SO thankful to have them as my Vets again because I just love their compassion and commitment !!

I rarely write reviews and certainly not long ones but....... Animal Life with Dr. Randy Eisel has been our pet's veterinary care for at least 25 years and VERY happy! Something is VERY different and it seems to originate from the front office! Dr. Randy Eisel is the owner and this does not represent his business or personal style at all!! My 15 year old fur baby has been very sick with gastritis and an eye mass. On 12/1/25 medication was prescribed for the gastritis by Dr. Joe Savarese who was extremely thorough and offered great compassion. She improved quickly! It was after that the issues began. On January 30 , she saw Dr. Haller who was also very thorough and indicated the eye mass needed to be surgically removed with anesthesia. It was scheduled for 3/10. I was told an estim

We have 2 cats, both rescued. The vets and staff have been so kind and loving with them both. They spayed our girl cat and helped check out our new feral who has been sick. They aren’t out to get your money, they really care!!

My almost a four-year-old baby girl (labradoodle ) was extremely sick. She had diarrhea with blood for about four days, and the last day she had some vomiting. I made an appointment, Got her in And they almost knew exactly what was wrong with her. She was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis, she was given two IV medication’s at the office along with an IV bolus . She had follow up IV injections for the next two days, and sent home with prescription pills for four days. By the second day, she was a whole new dog. I was very close to losing her, the new medical Director, Dr. Haller, and his techs were also kind and treated her so gentle. They were very sweet and sympathetic with me during her treatment. Can’t say more about them. they were great great.

I was overcharged and had a horrible customer service experience. I have brought my pets here before, but it’s safe to say I won’t be coming back. I brought one of my cats in today and signed for the treatments this morning. ( Estimate was $289) When I returned to pick up my cat, there was a $120 difference from the price I had agreed to earlier. The grooming service, which was advertised and presented as including sedation, was charged separately at pickup even though it was part of the package I signed.I was not informed beforehand about any additional charges. When I questioned the price, I was told that I had been “verbally informed,” which is absolutely not true. They advertise grooming and sedation as a package, but then overcharge customers afterward.If prices have changed, they sh
