I want to thank Michelle and Victor for coming out at 9 pm to get my daughter’s cat out of the tree. I also want to mention Michelle was helpful and resourceful making me feel safe meanwhile they arrived. Luna is home thanks to you both. ❤️

I have been volunteering with TARA for over a year now and this is one of the best rescues I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only is there so much that goes on behind the scenes to ensure our cats get adopted to great families, but the extra money, love, and attention Kelly puts into making sure our cats are healthy is amazing. She has even gone out of her way to help my kitties at home. You can tell that her heart is in this place.

I’m sure that what this organization does for the cats is great but as far as customer service Kelly was just so unpleasant, we were scheduled for her to take a stray that I found and got very frustrated with me because she assumed it was kittens not one cat and then proceeded to tell me I’m the problem for finding the other kittens homes I understand organizations like this help strays find homes and get them neutered so that they don’t reproduce, but I would never talk down to someone the way that she did to me I cannot stand someone who acts holier than thou. Luckily, I was able to find a friend who already has two kittens who is responsible and would take the cat to get shots and fixed. Never ever would I reach out to this person again

Ive been thinking about adopting a kitten for a while. I visited the Northridge Pet Smart. I met with Mrs. Elizabeth who was taking care of Rescue Alliance kittens. I have to say i was very lucky to have met her. She was very informative and helpful and knowledgeable about the questions i had in regards adopting a kitten. I adopted two wonderful kitties. I do thank her for the amount of time and energy she dedicates into loving and caring for this animals. If your considering an adoption she is a wonderful help to find the right kitty for your family. Thank you again!

Very rude lady- when my daughters drove all the way out there to inquire about animals- she was rude and told them it’s her house not a pet shop and if they want to pet animals (where did she get the idea that’s why they came?) they should go to Petco. They didn’t even get a chance to put in a word and decided to leave.
