The Animal League (South Lake Animal League)

We adopted 2 dogs from this rescue and have been very happy. They are easy to work with and the animals are well cared for. Both times we were able to get crates for a very low price to go along with the dogs.

We were so excited to adopt Elvis our Russian Blue kitten. The staff at the Animal League were amazing. From the initial phone call to the people at the Groveland facility. They explained everything, answered all of our questions. 5 weeks later and Elvis runs our home and we wouldn't have it any other way! Thanks again for being so great!

We adopted our fur babies, Fudge and Oreo from The Animal League in 2017. It was one of the best decisions that my husband and I made. They’re smart, heathy and so loving. The staff at Animal League are super helpful, patient and took their time to explain the process. They also did a through background check- which I’m glad they did. I am please to say that many people care about the safety of animals. By carefully checking applicants for adoption of animals needing a forever home. I have been such and applicant searching to adopt a female cat for my male cat. I am grateful for all the help I have received from the animal league.
