I met Dr. Eryn D'Angelo about nine years ago when I brought home my first dog, Fergus — a goofy, lovable boxer. I'd always had cats...wow are they easier! From the very beginning, Eryn and her team have been there...through everything: broken bones, stitches, tummy troubles, and all the everyday ups and downs that come with having a dog. In addition to caring for Fergus, they’ve also looked after my cat, Paisley, who will be 18 this year! The love and attention they’ve shown her over the years means so much! When I unexpectedly lost Fergus this summer, Dr. Eryn and her entire team were right there for me again. The Animal Doctor is a phenomenal clinic and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Everyone there is so kind, attentive, and patient, and they clearly love what they do. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain diagnoses and treatment plans in a way that is easy to understand. They focus on getting to the right diagnosis and cure instead of pushing unnecessary tests or treatments, which really builds trust. Their pricing is very fair, and you never get the feeling they are misdiagnosing or adding extras just to make more money. From the front desk to the techs and doctors, the entire staff is amazing and makes you and your pet feel truly cared for at every visit. I took my kitty Gray here for the first time and our experience was beyond what I expected. Dr. D and her staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. When i walked in, I was greeted by Nicole and she was so sweet. She checked me in and got me into a room right away. Only a few minutes later, Casey, the vet tech student, came in and let me know step by step what they were going to be doing during this visit. When Dr. D came in, she sat on the floor and played with Gray to make him more comfortable. She answered all my questions and took her time explaining everything I needed to know about my kitties condition, and both Casey and Dr. D made sure I understood what was happening with Gray the entire time we were there.
