Rhonda is FANTASTIC! I took my new puppy to her last week. It was his first time being groomed & he tends to get scared of people he doesn't know, so I was a little nervous. But Rhonda was great with him & he immediately warmed up to her. She did a terrific job on his haircut for a terrific price!! We will be regulars at her shop from this point on & I will recommend her to everyone.

They went above and beyond and accommodated my dogs special needs. The grooming was a spectacular job and they treated my dog like he was their own. I was very satisfied with Rhonda and Ashley and we will be going back . Thanks girls

They did an amazing job with the full grooming service on my dog, they are very kind and were so great with my fur baby, he even kept trying to go back there after to play. I highly recommend

I had a very upsetting experience at this grooming salon. When I picked up my dog, the groomer began yelling at me about tangles in my dog’s coat and told me that using a slicker brush “isn’t enough.” I tried to listen and explain that I didn’t know I also needed to use a comb, but she continued to raise her voice and told me it was like she was “talking to the walls.” She also said she was very busy and that it upset her when dogs are “a lot of work.” I found her attitude extremely unprofessional and concerning, especially since she was so angry while handling dogs. I paid her $100 for a $55 grooming because I wanted to be kind during the holidays, but her response was rude. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my dog back, and I want other pet owners to be aware of how sh
