That Crazy Dog Lady - Phoenix

We absolutely LOVE it here!!! After a year of working with Meghan and her amazing staff, we truly have nothing but wonderful things to say. When I first rescued my pup, he was terrified of getting his nails trimmed. I tried everywhere — including multiple PetSmart locations — but no one was willing to take him. He tends to growl when he’s uncomfortable, so people were worried he might bite. NOT Meghan. I honestly don’t even remember how I found her shop, but I am so grateful I did. She welcomed the challenge with patience and compassion, taking the time appointment after appointment to help my dog feel safe and comfortable with the entire grooming process — from nail trims to bath time. Now he has the time of his life every time we visit! My favorite part is picking him up and seeing him

I took my cat Nox to The Crazy Dog Lady for a bath and haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. She looks great and they did an amazing job with her. Nox is a timid, shy girl, but she did really well with them and I could tell she was handled with a lot of care and patience. The whole process only took a couple of hours, which was great, and the communication was solid throughout. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they work with. I’m really impressed with the quality of their work and how well they treated my girl. I’ll definitely be bringing her back.

I can’t say enough good things about our groomer! She always does an amazing job with our goldendoodle Chloé, and we always leave feeling so happy with the results. Doodles can be a challenge to groom, but she handles it with so much care, patience, and skill. Our girl always looks adorable, feels soft, and smells great after every visit. On top of that, she’s gentle, professional, and clearly loves what she does. We’re so lucky to have found That Crazy Dog Lady, highly recommend to any doodle parents out there!

After a terrible experience at PetSmart, we found That Crazy Dog Lady and have had nothing but great experiences there. Our golden doodle was just 4 months old when we took her for the first time. She did great then and every time since! She gets super excited when we walk in each time and can’t wait to go back for her grooming. They are always so nice and accommodating and they really care about the dogs, unlike other places where it’s just a job for them. We have to drive 30 minutes each way but it’s well worth it. Exceptional service!

This place is an absolute gem. Awesome service and great atmosphere. They took care of my pup like he was part of their family. One of the cleanest dog groomers I have ever been to. He came out not stressed or anxious like other groomers.
