Texas Critter Sitter watched our dog while we were out of town and did such a great job!! Booking with them for the first time was seamless and the girls were very informative about what was all included. We loved the meet and greet since this was the first time our dog was going to be alone without us. The best part is the photos and videos the girls send you while they are visiting with your pup! Added bonus is that our dog loved them and has a new friend! 🤍 We will definitely be booking with them going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have 7 dogs to board and 5 are under 15 pounds. I cannot imagine the loss and/or death of any of my loved family members. While large dog owners are rating 5 stars, imagine what Bruno's parents went through. With 5 under 15 pounds, I cannot support this Lindale business.

I am horrified at the death of my cousin’s dog and the loss of the other one. You should never be allowed to take care of anyone’s furbabies ever again. The very fact she was contacted by Animal Control who found Birdie’s body in the road and not by you is unbelievable. To know Bruno has been missing now for over 24 hours is heartbreaking. What is even worse is you took payment ahead of time and kept it!!! I hope everyone who reads this thinks long and hard before allowing you to take care of their beloved pets. BEWARE!!!

My husband Keith Shrum and I boarded our pets with them May 11, 2022 through May 16, 2022. The morning of 5-16 they let two of our doggies loose, both Brussel Griffons. Both subsequently were struck in traffic and killed. The appalling lack of concern, the refusal to help find our doggies, and now the lies. I would give negative infinite if I could these people shouldn’t sit rocks much less living creatures.

They lost two dogs belonging to the same family after letting them outside alone and unattended! They never contacted the owners, animal control did, both of the beloved family dogs died!!! THEY DID NOT REFUND … OWNERS BEWARE This was not an accident, this was negligence
