We will never be coming back to TCAP Fort Worth! Normally we go to the Denton location, which has always treated us kindly. However, Fort Worth was the only location I could get my dog and cat in for their surgeries on the same day. Upon arrival, there were 3-5 people ahead of us in line. As I was filling out the paperwork one of the vet techs looked at my dog, and dejectedly sighed “Oh no…” without otherwise greeting or interacting with us. Then we were suddenly rushed to the front of the line before my paperwork was even filled out. Again, nobody even said hi to us or interacted with my pets, they all seemed bothered we were there and just barked orders at us. The vet herself signed us in, took one look at my dog, and immediately said “He looks terrible” I was taken aback by this as it w

It was mine and my dog's first time going to TCAP for his dental. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. I really liked the dental hygienist or the lady who performed dental on my dog. She was amazing with my dog and treated us very well. They only charged me $50.00 for the deposit and you get that towards your bill once you check out. In total I paid $154.00 for dental, nails, and anal glands, but they refunded me $5.00 because my dogs nails weren't too long and they didn't want to charge me for that. I highly recommend going to TCAP for your dogs dental!

Staff is so nice and friendly! Everyone was on top of it! I’m not sure if it was a charge nurse or the doctor in charge of dental cleaning, but she was so organized and had the office flowing nicely despite so many people who arrived that morning. So glad she was patient with asking and answering questions to me and my nephew. His cat had obvious mouth pain and now she (the cat) is feeling much better! Thanks so much!

I've been coming to the FW location over 10 years... When they were in the little corner place next to the post office directly across the road from their current location... Maybe tcap was still somewhat of a hidden gem then and so maybe that's why it was a much better clinic, I don't know. What I do know is the staff was friendly, educational, helpful during those days 👵🏼... You know, like Chick-fil-A? Where you're always their welcomed guests?... The girl at the sign in door... Wears glasses and didn't catch her name... was the ONLY welcoming person in the building. The scowling on Meghans face seems to be intentional as tho she wants you to know how irritated she is with her job and you bothering her. I remember the last time I came to this location she was the reason I swore I'd n

Many DFW residents may not appreciate how special TCAP is for routine shots to spay/neuter to dental. Top notch services and staff/practitioners at a fraction of vet office pricing. I have a regular vet, but use TCAP for these services. I always add a donation when I pay and I hope others who can afford it do so too.
