Birds were stressed, plucking there own feathers out, fish were dead in the tanks, other fish (multiple) were suffering from swim bladder sickness. Only explaination is the lack of cleaning the fish tanks and filters. Rabbits didn't have proper footing in their cage. Smells disgusting, more than it should. Tried calling authorities about the neglect but nothing has been done. Shut it down someone please.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is my first time writing a review for ANYTHING but this is unacceptable. The store is not clean AT ALL and smells absolutely horrendous. My boyfriend and I purchased two female (researched how to and double checked the gender ourselves) Guinea pigs 5 weeks ago after doing a good amount of research. We honestly feel as if we “rescued” the poor pigs from this place as there were two large (neglected looking) birds in cages behind them dropping seeds on their heads. We have now gone from 2 Guinea pigs to 6 because one of them was pregnant and we are 99% the other one is as well. The owner NEVER shows up there, knows NOTHING AT ALL about the exotic pets she sells. Doesn’t even attempt to make things right. I bought a sugar glider there. The only instructions I got was they eat this and fresh fruit and vegetables if you want. THAT WAS ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS I RECEIVED. After mine passed within 48 hours of my purchase I believe. I did some research I found out that they’re not supposed to be alone. They’ll self mutilate, severely depressed and even chew their own legs off. They’re not meant to be alone. I was bawling. The smell inside this shop has been so unbearable that your eyes burn and you end up walking out of there smelling like urine. They got some new employees that’s trying to clean it up. But nobody is properly trained to work with exotic animals. All the

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR ANIMALS. THEY ARE VERY SICK AND WILL SELL THEM TO YOU AS IS. A friend bought two parakeets and both passed away within a week. She saw someone else’s review and video of the parakeets in their store and the birds were STARVED. Very little to no food or water in the cages. AND THERE WAS A DEAD PARAKEET IN THE CAGE with the rest! Owner was called to be informed of this neglect and cruelty but didn’t care!! Shows the type of people they are and the kind of sorry store they run. THEY DON’T DESERVE ANY BUSINESS, SHUT THEM DOWN. AND STAY AWAY.

My fiancé and I purchased a rabbit here today and they were so good to us! The girls there gave us great advice and offered so much help. Thank you guys so much ❤️ We love our new fur baby.
